Nupur Bhargava is an independent HR Consultant with over 20 years of hands-on experience as a senior Human Resource leader and Executive Team member.
An innovative Human Resources professional with a proven track record of implementing strategic improvements, creating productive partnerships, developing and implementing programs focused on achieving organization goals, and human resource management in the corporate and not for profit sector.
Nupur began her career in Human Resources with PepsiCo India as a Management Trainee in the Human Resources function. Over the next few years of accelerated growth in the business, she gained rich and diverse experience and expertise in all areas of Human Resources including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, inclusion and diversity.
In 2010, Nupur chose to work in the development sector and served as a key member of the Leadership team at the Akanksha Foundation. She played an integral role of building and nurturing Akanksha’s school project as the organization grew from 7 schools to 20 schools in 7 years. Nupur was responsible for creating and driving an inclusive and empowering culture while building a strong HR team across two locations. In partnership with the Education team, she designed and customized core HR processes, policies and programs catering to the unique needs of the education sector.
Nupur is currently a Human Resources Advisor with Central Square Foundation, Ashoka University and the Indian School of Development Management.
She holds a Masters degree in Organization Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
RADHIKA BHANDARI

Radhika is an experienced consultant and coach with a passion for individual development. She has significant international experience in Asia, Europe, and America within the corporate, entrepreneurial, higher-education, and not-for-profit spaces. Radhika has interest in maximizing leadership development by curating customized solutions, grounded in theory. She has a deep understanding of geographical and workplace cultural nuances. Radhika works extensively at the individual as well as team level to facilitate understanding and solutions. She has developed and facilitated multiple community integrations through customized, cross cultural assimilation programs. Radhika is passionate about growth of female leaders and has developed workshops that address workplace barriers. She is Hogans-certified and uses assessments in her developmental work.
Radhika holds a BA in English Honors from The Lady Shri Ram College for women, University of Delhi (India) and an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI (India).
